The Financial Reporting Manager (Oracle EPM/HFM Administrator) will be based at our Oak Brook, Illinois office. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated to work directly with finance and business leaders to ensure all financial information complies with US GAAP and internal management reporting requirements. This individual should be creative, dedicated, and able to work in a collaborative culture. He or she must have the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work closely with other team members to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and share data/information.
How You Will Help :
- Play key role driving Oracle's FCCS/EPBCS application implementation.
- Administration of EPM/HFM financial consolidation applications including standard development, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and security
- Maintenance and development of EPM/HFM rules in Visual Basic
- Maintenance and preparation of existing HFM & SmartView reports as well as future EPM reporting
- Management of EPM/HFM user support and security
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and projects deliverables
- Partner with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to assist with budget and forecast administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience administrating Oracle EPM/Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) or equivalent accounting consolidation software.
- 2 - 5 years of experience writing EPM/HFM Rules in VBA, FCCS Business Allocation rules or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience writing reports in Finance Reporting Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft application skills.
