Job Description

As our Product Manager, you will help shape our technology vision and assist hospitals as they navigate the complex healthcare payments landscape.

Every day you will use data to identify and validate opportunities, interact with business managers, end users, and engineering to articulate requirements, and manage release scope and communication to ensure product adoption.

To thrive in this role you must be self-driven, diligent, and exhibit an aptitude for solving problems.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Product Manager:

+ Making trade-off decisions between scope and schedule while maintaining true focus on outcomes.

+ Driving the development of new features, you will interpret business needs and compose user stories and acceptance criteria in a dynamic and fast-paced agile environment, fostering innovation and efficiency.

+ Manage scrum team(s) and work closely with engineering leads to feed the teams a constant pipeline of high-value work for each sprint.

+ Working with stakeholders to guide the release of new features and the successful integration and/or migration of current operations onto those products.

+ Ensuring product quality by performing thorough user acceptance testing.

Required Skills:

+ Minimum 5 years’ prior Product experience.

+ Healthcare Experience

+ SQL

+ Mastery of Agile fundamentals with demonstrated experience to drive execution within an Agile environment.

+ Exposure to high-level technology paradigms (e.g. data flows, APIs, services). Experience interfacing directly with technology leaders and engineers.

+ Ability to travel up to 20%, as necessary.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,000.00 – $99,991.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
