Insight Globals clientis looking for a Project Manager Admin to join their team. Basically, this role will provide administrative support for the S/4 implementation, will provide management of the day-to-day operations of specifics task, maintain project-related documentation, and facilitating communication within the project teams and stakeholders. This role will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to me and my in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations. Maintain a comprehensive view of the S/4 program implementation globally, including timelines, milestones, etc.. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, project management methodologies, and documentation standards for consistency and compliance. Collaborate with the PMO team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing project management practices within the organization. This is more operational, not strategy. Someone who is proactive, organized, good communication skills, proficient in Powerpoint and Excel. Individual who can work alone. Tracking activities, PM methodologies.
This will be an onsite role in downtown Chicago 3x per week.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience on project management experience
1 end to end SAP project under their belt project manager who has been part of an SAP project experience with SAP project delivery Managed project with at least $5mm in spend for the complexities that come along with a project of that size Excel & Powerpoint expert – Competency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and project management software Project tracking tools-they use ADO Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with project teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Excellent analytical and communication skills, collaborator, team player Facilitation and issue resolution skills Consumer Products Industry experience desirable.
