Job Description
Lead a team that maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment. You will work under minimal supervision and support some of the world’s most talented production maintenance technicians. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will lead, direct the work of, mentor and train other maintenance technicians.

Preventative maintenance

Be willing to work overtime when needed or ask
Work well with others but be able to work alone when a determined comfort level (of plant process and procedures) has been reached.

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
Prior electrical and/or instrumentation experienceWE VALUE
Expert knowledge of mechanical repair
Electrical Instrumentation Certification and/or 3-5 years industrial/electrical experience
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to grow and learn
Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
Significant relevant repair experience
Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
Some relevant leadership experience
