Old National Bank is looking to fill the role of Capital Markets Support Analyst. This position will provide back-office support for the Foreign Exchange (FX) department and have a good understanding of all FX trading systems. The position will also have responsibility for client onboarding documentation and departmental and regulatory reporting. Relevant market risk and treasury experience is required. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. This role reports to the Corporate Foreign Exchange Manager, Senior Vice President.
Key Accountabilities
Develop expertise in the use of ONB system of record for all FX transactions. The incumbent must also have or develop knowledge of Old National's live market data provider system, liquidity provider banks, Online Banking FX Application, Bank Notes system and SWIFT Alliance Lite 2. Other tasks include trade investigations, OFAC clearing, Client Onboarding, Nostro Account reconciliation, monthly reporting, preparation for market risk quarterly meetings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or finance or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
Five (5) years or more of experience in Foreign Exchange markets sales and trading, interest rate derivative trading, or Capital Markets or Treasury operations at a commercial banking institution.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Competence in using Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent client skills, particularly via telephone and e-mail.
