Overview

The Commercial Excellence Leader helps enhance the effectiveness of our sales team by developing sales capability programs. You will focus on identifying training needs, designing training programs, and facilitating learning experiences that empower our Salesforce to achieve their targets and excel in their roles. The Sales Commercial Excellence Leader reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing plus collaborates with sales leadership, HR, and other partners to ensure understanding of our goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Sales Training Development:

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with sales leaders, performance analysis, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Create training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to multiple learning styles and levels of expertise within the sales team.
