Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager

As the Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
Assist in the day-to-day operations to guarantee standards are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.
Assist in the supervision of team members, and establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships.
Assist in the development of goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish necessary tasks productively.
Ensure financial success of departments, meeting monthly budgeted costs, and net operating income standards.
Improve service by communicating and assisting team members.
Demonstrate proactive approaches to handling guest concerns.
Providing guidance to team members, coaching and counseling as necessary.
Demonstrate knowledge of service-oriented culture.
Maintain product and service quality standards.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
College degree or related work experience.
Five years of experience with food and beverage, culinary, or other related experience.
Three years' experience in management preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
