We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us!The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Project Manager is the tactical execution, management, and successful deployment of all digital projects. This individual will play an active role in managing and implementing tactics related to projects and will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing all online marketing programs. Operating on both a strategic and tactical level, the Digital Marketing Project Manager will touch all aspects of online marketing to acquire new members, employees, and assistance in the strategic goals of the entire organization.

Online Marketing
Leading the management of online marketing projects. Provide insight and oversight of all digital marketing projects. Including but not limited to:
Search Engine Optimization
Pay-Per-Click Programs
Online Advertising
Directory Listings
Third-Party Lead Aggregators
Content Management Systems
Social Media
Broadcast email programming
Web Site analytics and performance
CRM/LMS
E-newsletters
Landing Pages
Call Tracking
Hosting
Purl/DVP programming
Leading the timely execution, performance and continuation of all online marketing programs by delegating and collaborating to ensure our team is making steady progress.
Management of third-party vendor relationships.
Management of client relationships, including running meetings and fielding client questions.

Analytics & Performance
Review and analysis of monthly reporting and strategic planning based on statistical information.
Assist in the development and constant improvement of all aspects of all marketing effort
through data analysis.
Oversee qualitative and quantitative research and reporting.
Create new systems and process that streamline the reporting process

Training, Documentation and Support
Assist with creating project management documentation and processes.
Provide and coordinate technical support with third-party vendors.
Assist with the internal project management process development.
Provide training and process implementation documentation for clients.

As Needed
Oversee the training and mentoring of new employees
Help recruit and interview new employees

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
2-4 years of digital project management experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and print production (specifically: email campaigns, content management systems, direct mail best practices, PPC marketing strategy, search engine optimization, landing page development, social media advertising).
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized leader, with excellent follow-through skills.
Able to lead and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and to work with our team to delegate and collaborate to achieve project goals.
Able to communicate expectations and next steps clearly with clients and the internal team.
Able to multi-task and work quickly, under changing circumstances and priorities.
Strong computer skills. Experience in Workday is a plus. MS Suite is desired.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to build positive working relationships within the campus, as well as building external relationships as needed.
Continuous improvement mindset and able to make ongoing recommendations to improve process.
Experience in senior living services / industry is preferred.
Experience with hosting and Purl/DVP programming is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The majority of time is spent in an office setting. The position requires occasional handling of lightweight materials and physical ability to use the telephone, computer and keyboard, printer and other office equipment.

Compensation Pay Range: $ - $
