Your Job
The Customer Team Leader/Sr. Customer Team Leader- Family Dollar and Dollar Tree, is responsible for growing Georgia-Pacific's share position profitably for the Tissue, Towel, Napkin and Dixie businesses at Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. This position will manage a direct team of 2 -3 while leveraging numerous cross functional resources. This position will also create value and provide Georgia-Pacific with a competitive advantage by understanding and developing relationships with the customer to profitably anticipate and satisfy their needs.

What You Will Do
Drive annual growth against key GP measures (Net Rev, NIAT, $ Share, DSMP, IDM / Forecast Accuracy)
Strengthen customer relationships via highly effective wiring-up and across the organization
Create long-term value by fully understanding and addressing customer's business objectives, financial goals, strategic imperatives, and the key shopper segments it serves
Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to develop highly effective and profitable joint business plans
Identify customer specific marketing opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop plans that build brand and retailer loyalty and deliver positive ROIs/ROAS
Understand and effectively manage trade strategy and programs to deliver profitable sales; apply economic thinking
Effectively manage internal systems to deliver accurate volume and trade forecasts
Look for opportunities to improve profitability via value chain (e.g., mix, price, cost reductions, supply optimization, etc.)Strategic Thought Leadership

Wired at senior level positions (and cross-functionally) to influence corporate strategies and investment choices

Develop / lead / manage long range (1-2 year) business planning with customer and deliver annual JBP goals / plans that maximize long term value

Leverage SFE capabilities and cross-functional resources to create marginal value

Influence / align the internal GP organization via a Customer Operating Plan (POV, Vision, Strategies, Opportunities)Creative Destruction

Lead through Principled Entrepreneurship
Challenge GP and customers to deliver WIN-WIN-WIN value propositions
Enable the team and internal organization to develop and deliver meaningful commercial and product innovation Apply and Accelerate PBM / Develop Talent

Improve team's application of PBM, frameworks and mental models (DMF, marginal analysis, etc.)
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; leverage competitive and comparative advantages

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of sales OR merchant/buyer experience
Consumer Products industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge of CPG, Paper industries, and marketplace
Business development and capability building experience
Insights and data-driven approach to business planning and value propositions
Experienced in effective trade management / financial acumen
Experience with Family Dollar and / or Dollar Channel experience
At least two years of trade marketing or customer investment experience within the CPG industry

The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $190,000 per year. This role is eligible for sales incentive program/bonus.
