Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Administrative Officer at Pointcore is the strategic executive who is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative operations while ensuring operational efficiency throughout the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the Client Services of the company perform and operate with the highest level of efficacy while following established policies and vision. Key responsibilities include operating the client relationship division, while providing input for strategic planning of internal operations, setting goals for departments, collaborating on policy implementation, overseeing resource allocation, and evaluating performance. The CAO is an executive who embodies the essence of leadership presence and skill, while charged with the strategic growth of our company's business landscape. This role requires an individual with an exceptional ability to command a room and inspire confidence among peers, stakeholders, and teams. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for service, clarity in communication, and the capacity to make decisive, informed decisions that align with our company's vision and values. This role will also collaborate closely with other internal executive leaders to foster a cohesive work environment and drive organizational success. With a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, the CAO will leverage their extensive experience to foster a culture of organizational excellence and innovation while mentoring, developing, and identifying key talent. The CAO will be responsible for guiding Pointcore through evolving and diverse business landscapes of the service industry via a commitment to innovation, a keen eye on industry trends, and a relentless drive towards sustained growth and success.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
At least 10 years of Senior level experience in business development, sales, or related field.
Experience in identifying new market opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion.
Licensure/ Certification: N/A
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Strong skill in customer satisfaction, retention, and support.
A proven track record of leading high performing teams.
Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, analyze market trends, and adapt to changing business landscape.
Comprehensive understanding of financial management, budget oversight and fiscal performance
Knowledge of market research, brand management and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with legal and ethical standards ensuring company adherence to all regulations.
