Job Title: DMT Documentation Contractor

Location: Chicago, IL 60603

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $32.41/ hr on W2

Job Description

Responsibilities -

This role works directly with clients, Bankers, Sales, Service and KYC to open Commercial Bank accounts, provide clients with legal documentation and ensure certain firmwide and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Ultimately you will own our Client's Onboarding documentation experience.

This includes:
  • Owning the research, creation, validation and negotiation oversight of client documentation for account opening
  • Leverage critical thinking skills to customize, streamline, and solution account and documentation needs
  • Managing client and internal expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations
  • Interacting with clients, answering client questions and working with clients to minimize documentation requirements
  • Representing the team as the Documentation Specialist on your assigned implementations
  • Collaborate with team and internal partners (Legal, Service, Sales, KYC) to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Owning your role and feeling empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
  • Paralegal or Juris Doctor certificate
  • Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate/Commercial Banking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
