This position is a rotational role, receiving on-the-job training while working in multiple manufacturing plant locations. First rotation (approximately 9 months to 1 year) is in Chicago Corporate office. Final rotation will be a 6-month placement in a production plant (i.e. Brooklyn, NY; Menasha, WI; Spartanburg, NC, etc.). SLDP program includes learning from a Sales Rep TC mentor.
During the Plant rotation, the Sales Leadership Development Program – Emerging Leader will support the converting production departments in helping to lead and direct engineering and continuous improvement projects involving production teams and employees in all manufacturing plant departments; may plan and assign work, ensure quality production and maximum efficiencies, enforce policy and procedures, recommend and implement improvements in production methods, participate in team activities.
