JOB SPECIFICS:
Looking for a Physician Assistant or Adult Gero Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to fill an Orthopedic Surgery APP role in Danville, Illinois
Established team of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner with robust experience
Danville-Urbana Regional Model: Primary work location will be in Danville with opportunity to work in Urbana

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in Orthopedic Surgery or a related field - preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel to different locations within the region as needed with a primary work location of Danville IL
