Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Planning Process & Systems is responsible for Supply Chain capability enablement in Sales & Operations (S&OP), Scheduling & Order Execution (S&OE) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) areas. Key partners will include Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Demand, Production Scheduling, New Product Introduction and Material Planning. Key technology partners include SAP IT, Oracle OTM, Software Engineering. This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Process & Systems.
Responsibilities

Define target state process & systems architecture through collaboration with stakeholders, and knowledge of industry best practices
Define and prioritize projects in a logical roadmap to achieve the target state
Build and lead a team of SC Process & Specification team members, focusing on S&OP, S&OE and Material Planning pillars
Lead delivery of transformation projects within the capability scope, including all required stakeholders and any external support required
Experience working within and delivering process/system transformations in SAP S4 HANA, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Transportation Management Systems (preferred Oracle OTM), and custom-built solutions
Be a leader in the Supply Chain Organization on process & systems best practices, and lead through Rivian core cultural values
Build strong relationships with business & technology partners to drive collaborative planning, execution
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or master's in supply chain, information systems or related preferred
10+ experience in Supply Chain operations and/or transformation
Hands on experience with S&OP, S&OE, Material Planning capabilities, preferably in Automotive sector
2+ years in people management, with demonstrating to set and achieve key performance indicators
Working Hours 8AM - 6PM Central, must be able to work nights/ weekends as needed
Must be able to travel up to 50%
Pay Disclosure

Salary range for California Based Applicants: $176,200 - $239,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
