Position Highlights:
Position: Advanced Practice Provider, Gastroenterology, Medical Group
Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL
Part Time : .40 FTE
Hours: Part Time
Required Travel: Occasional travel to other sites may be required
What you will need:
License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
Education:Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
Experience:Prior APN experience preferred; experience in GI highly desirable
What you will do:
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
