HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a leader, the Finance Director will bring exceptional intellectual curiosity and horsepower to the Finance leadership team, and be proactive, analytical, and highly organized. This person will be agile, humble and capable of solving rapid growth environment challenges that unlock long-term value creation for the company. From a stylistic perspective, in addition to being technically proficient and operationally oriented, the Finance Director will be engaging and articulate, as well as a low-ego, collaborative, and a no-nonsense leader focused on driving results and serving as a true business partner to the Head of Finance.
The Director, Finance will report to the Managing Director in the Finance Department. This role is responsible for leading, managing, and enhancing Inspira Financials reporting efforts in order to support key decision making across the Organization. In this position, the Finance Director will play a key role in identifying, measuring, and analyzing key drivers of the Businesss financial performance while implementing processes and systems to aid in the production of timely financial reports and analyses to key stakeholders. This role will also lead the budgeting and forecasting process which involves close collaboration with Senior Executives.
- Define financial reporting strategy to align with overall Company and department initiatives
- Identify best practices and determine opportunities to improve current processes
- Produce and analyze monthly reports and distill information into key takeaways
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed strategic initiatives or potential new business opportunities including but not limited to new product offerings and partnerships
- Formulate recommendations and prepare presentations based on financial results and analysis
- Build robust, dynamic financial operating models
- Work with the Business to analyze department budgets in order to align to companywide financial metrics
- Collaborate with Senior Executives to produce the annual budget and rolling forecasts
