Job Description
Bachelor degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology Innovation or related field and 2 years related experience required. Prior experience must include any amount of experience with each of the following: identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation to support marketing activities; conducting stakeholder discovery interviews and facilitating internal and external focus groups in connection with implementing new business tools and processes; creating project plans, setting deadlines, and establishing clear responsibilities for all project participants and reporting project results to management; developing and executing change management strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. JOB DUTIES: Research, develop and communicate strategic marketing plans; lead and optimize marketing efforts for internal and external initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute; create marketing strategies for all business units, ensuring a link between marketing and sales activities, while remaining consistent with brand identity; identify, scope, and implement key business-wide initiatives that help support revenue growth and profitability improvement; formulate and implement strategy across all key marketing levers, including market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. May work up to 3 days per week from home. Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite.
