Job Description
- Implements maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability consistent with the needs of the operational facility and to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets.
- Accountable for key Maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliability
- Supports equipment feasibility studies and makes recommendations for investment; implements capital expenditure project and is accountable for payback expectations
- Supports operations leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Assist in developing and executing site's preventative maintenance program
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects to drive operational excellence
- Assures compliance with Company's EAM platform
- Assures all tasks are performed in a safe manner (LOTO procedures), and comply with all company, local, state, and federal requirements
- Interacts with key stakeholders to provide technical support and/or resolve equipment reliability issues
- Ensure next shift machine setup is complete on a daily basis
- Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors and/or management.
