Job Description
Sr. IT Business Systems Analysts to drive SAP S4 EHANA Database, MS A\analysis for Office, Oracle Smart View and Tableau reports of all sizes across the finance business function. In this individual contributor role, create solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive impactful business decisions. Collaborate with technicians and subject matter experts to implement reporting solutions. Plan and execute effectively and collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT peers. With our cloud first IT strategy, implement solutions and integrate business units through SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, ServiceNow and Tableau.
- Lead Oracle EPBCS Smart View and SAP EHANA data flow and reporting solutions, Lead solutions through the system’s life cycle following through from inception to go live and beyond.
- Apply experience with designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HANA I data models or equivalent and data integration.
- Apply experience designing and developing SAP HANA attributes, hierarchies, and calculation views so business can consume using dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement technical solutions.
- Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.
- Advise decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reporting to drive impactful business decisions.
- Lead Oracle EPBCS and SAP EHANA data integrations and reporting projects Lead projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.
- Apply experience with real-time operational reporting and analytics using SAP HANA, Tableau/PowerBI.
- Apply knowledge of Oracle EPBCS to create database schemes, compose views, develop scripts and establish data feeds.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology utilizing MS Teams and SharePoint; communicate the status to stakeholders and project teams.
- Responsible for influencing the future of business systems while engaging and participating in System / Product selection and evaluation.
- Apply experience with and participation in the ServiceNow change process, attending change board meetings as a representative.
- Define scope and strategy of quality assurance utilizing HP ALM tools to keep the business systems current & reliable.
- Manage operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.
- Analyze the overall health of business systems utilizing ServiceNow software for issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and implement corrective actions with regard to department internal controls.
- Apply experience with Microsoft Analysis for Office.
