Job Description
Managers, Business Systems Analysis to serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization. Apply understanding of the business and act as a trusted advisor by being the primary point of contact from IT for business line executives, and managers. Facilitate the delivery of solutions to address strategic and tactical initiatives which will ultimately drive business value and client satisfaction; provide consulting level support and guidance to business units through key product and technology initiatives; and communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of business and IT staff. Implement and maintain large scale SAP S/4 ERP system and provide support for all critical interfaces to ancillary systems including Finance, Salesforce and Transportation Management Systems. Translate business requirements from Sales team and Customer Service teams to support end to end Order-to-Cash business process.
- Responsible for improving business performance by enhancing the alignment between business process and IT, building and sustaining a process-managed IT organization.
- Lead business analysts and business leaders through requirements across business functional areas.
- Manage 4 direct reports: (2) IT Business Systems Analysts; (1) Sr. Software Application Developer; (1) IT Business Systems Analyst II.
- Responsible for providing direction for day-to-day activities, providing training and development opportunities, and evaluating performance.
- Support business performance and incentive metrics to ensure that continuous, sustained improvements for Enterprise Solutions take place across the organization.
- Contribute to the design of the enterprise’s ERP system overall process structure, including creating a process hierarchy that streamlines processes and eliminates redundancy.
- Enforce process-related policies, standards, governance, and methodologies to enable the business to adopt a process culture.
- Enable the business to achieve their IT objectives through providing effective sales and supply-chain solutions by using SAP S/4Hana Sales and Distribution Module, Logistic module, Transportation Management Systems and EDI (Electronic Data Interface).
- Apply experience with SAP cloud concepts and developing roadmap for OTC and Transportation Management Systems.
- Apply experience with deploying and enabling SAP Fiori applications and analytical reporting.
- Apply advanced understanding of SAP middleware and integration toolsets.
- Function as an independent point of escalation within the IT organization for addressing business and client issues, which go beyond normal process.
- Implement and support Leased Facility System which allows Third Party service providers to interact with business.
- Facilitate critical incident management communication between the IT organization and business contacts. Articulate complex system concepts in simplified manner to business partners.
- Partner with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.
- Focus on business partner strategic plans.
