License: License or license eligible in the state of Illinois
Education: Doctor of Optometry Degree from an accredited School of Optometry Certification: Board certified or Board eligible

Endeavor Health (formally NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an outstanding full time Optometrist to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Ophthalmology.

Endeavor Health's state-of-the art Eye and Vision Center is the largest multi-specialty ophthalmology group on the north shore of Chicago. Join a team comprised of excellent trained physicians and staff that provide a multitude of patient services in all ophthalmic subspecialties. This consists of 17 Ophthalmologists and 4 Optometrists, including 4 Optometrist, 9 Comprehensive Ophthalmologists, 1 Surgical Retinologist and a Medical Retinologist. This is an excellent opportunity to build a robust practice and managing post-operative patients.
