Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for creating internal and external-facing digital multimedia (emails, display ads, web sites, social media posts and animations, etc.) and other channels to support enterprise marketing, communication, and training goals; consulting with clients, including company executives, and managing projects through revisions until final product approval is granted; and under some direction, working on complex and confidential presentation projects. Incumbent will be responsible for continually using the latest coding/languages and design software/hardware to create internal and external-facing digital media to support Marketing Services, communication and training goals. Under management supervision, will be consulting with clients and managing projects through numerous revisions until final product approval is granted.
NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and requires being in the office three days per week, working from home two. Relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' design and coding experience of responsive .html emails, web pages and forms using HTML, CSS and jQuery with an understanding of mobile UI and UX in a studio, agency or corporation OR 7 years of applicable email design and development, web design and development, production experience and print design
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, MS Word, and email applications
Experience creating animated banners and ads in Adobe After effects and Adobe Photoshop
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting email and web layouts across a variety of browsers
Experience working with the customer to influence win/win design outcomes
Knowledge of HTML and CSS - inline and external
Knowledge with HTML 5, CSS3, jQuery
Knowledge about color theory and the differences between print and digital
Ability to write and fix code that is clear, well-commented, free of errors and easy for others to maintain, understanding the limitations of email content management systems - i.e.. Outlook Quirks
Acute project management, organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
With supervision from management,able to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment meeting time and quality requirements
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Protocols, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Final Cut Pro.
Experience working with large teams, account management requirements (including strategy, client interaction, resource allocation and timing of project deliverables, etc.).
Insurance industry/healthcare experience.
