Are you a multifaceted marketing professional with a flair for creating and executing dynamic, revenue-generating campaigns? Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our North American enterprise brand, B2B, and recipient teams. This role is critical to the growth of our market presence in North America.
Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Marketing, the Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including trade show event orchestration, along with supporting the recipient and B2B commercial teams with enablement collateral and messaging in accordance with 1WorldSync's global brand and product strategy. Collaborating closely with the 1WorldSync global marketing teams, the position will provide excellent opportunities for a skilled marketer seeking creativity, autonomy and a results-driven environment.
As Field Marketing Specialist at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Campaign Planning & Management: Build and execute quarterly marketing plan for B2B and recipient commercial teams, aligning with organizational goals and adhering to marketing budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key goals and objectives

Develop and maintain marketing activity and campaign calendar

Establish and execute campaign project plans

Measure results and maintain reporting for region that will roll up to global reporting
Event Management: Coordinate and manage event calendar (encompassing sales-attended events, marketing sponsored trade shows, and 1WorldSync or partner-hosted webinars), ensuring brand compliance and coherent strategy for achieving a positive return on investment.

Project manage event coordination, including vendor procurement and event logistics.

Establish clear sales and marketing and strategy prior to each event, and report on results

Develop and execute event communication plans, working with global marketing team for any required assets and content
Sales Enablement & Product Marketing:Working closely with sales leaders and be a reliable partner to regional sales and product teams by providing timely, relevant and engaging marketing materials.

Create product and solutions collateral for target audiences, including presentations, promotional material, and product datasheets

Assist recipient and B2B commercial teams with content for prospecting and nurturing outreach
General Marketing Activities:

Support customer advocacy marketing initiatives, including customer networking digital events

Generate case study opportunities from B2B and recipient customers

Contribute to global marketing teams' strategy and culture

Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years general marketing experience, including 1-2 years event management experience minimum

Bachelor's Degree in (Digital) Marketing or in an alternative field of study
Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent marketing copywriting and verbal presentation skills

Proficiency with presentation software such as PowerPoint

Intermediate visual design skills

Intermediate website skills such as content management and basic HTML

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.

This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.

This position requires up to 15% travel.
