Position Highlights:
Position: Physical Therapist
Department: Outpatient Physical Rehab Services
Location: The Wellness Center, Arlington Heights, IL (on hospital campus)
Shift: Days/ evenings 2 times per week / no Weekends no Holidays
Part time/Full Time: Full Time 40 hours per week
What you will need:
The completion of a degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited school, or the equivalent
Current Illinois licensure or eligibility
CPR certification through the American Heart Association
General Summary:
Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and develops and implements individual Physical Therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
