Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides various administrative and/or clerical support duties such as filing, typing memos and letters, data entry, mailings, answering and directing calls, etc.
Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders, etc.
Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates
Assists Management Team with expense reports
All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED required with three years administrative experience required; Bachelors Degree preferred
Current valid Driver's License
PC skills using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
