Workforce Transformation

Our Workforce Transformation services helps reimagine talent management strategies across leadership, learning, rewards, inclusion, performance management, career mobility, and talent acquisition.

Work you’ll do

As a Workforce Strategies Senior Manager within the Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on increasing the business impact of new technologies, platforms, processes, and systems. By leveraging these tools to the fullest, we optimize the capabilities in Workforce Strategies and Talent Acquisition needed to deliver for the future, enabling our solutions to remain fresh in the context of today’s ever-evolving business demands. As a Workforce Strategies Senior Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:

+ Working closely with a team to deliver results for your client

+ Leading and managing teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success

+ Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong Workforce Strategy knowledge you possess.

+ Leading and contributing to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

+ Being responsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.

+ Acting in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of Workforce Transformation colleagues

+ Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

+ Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

In this role, you will support multiple types of Workforce Strategies projects, such as:

+ Talent Acquisition

+ Extended Workforce

+ Workforce Planning

+ Workforce Optimization

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 8+ years in workforce functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy & Solutions and/ or Talent Acquisition

+ 4+ years’ experience leading workforce strategy projects and teams

+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 6+ years consulting experience

+ 6+ years experience managing staff and leading small to medium sized teams

+ 6+ years project management, presentation, and facilitation skills

+ Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments

+ Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business

+ Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $203,400 to 339,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
