What the day will look like As a CBS Operations Analyst, you will work independently on assigned projects, supporting operational efficiency and process solutions. You will handle projects of various sizes and complexity from beginning to end. You will work seamlessly with a global team of virtual colleagues that are focused on client delivery and client/partner contracts and invoicing. How this opportunity is different In this role, you will operate as a part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team whose goal is to deliver innovative and effective solutions within our practice, supporting benefits administration consulting initiatives for Aon internal and external teams. Skills and experience that will lead to success

+ Strong vendor management skills and time management skills coupled with the ability to balance, prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously across several workstreams

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to assist the CBS team with capturing and collecting client meeting notes, contract setups, invoicing and creation of client facing presentations along with engaging with multiple customers across the organization. Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills to support these efforts (Excel, Word and PPT)

+ Ability to troubleshoot issues and maneuver through the challenges of the Benefits Administration operational process; adept with “getting in the weeds”, understanding downstream impacts of process flows and being self-reliant to communicate and handle responses back to our Ben Admin partners and colleagues.

+ Availability to travel up to 10%

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree (desired) plus proven track record with a Ben Admin vendor,

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 – $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
