Are you a passionate Interior Designer with a flair for luxury residential projects? We’re seeking a creative and talented Lead Designer to join our vibrant team. Note: This is a full-time, 100% onsite position located in our elegant downtown Glen Ellyn office, with occasional on-site client consultations and project management duties.

+ Attractive Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

Your Key Responsibilities:

+ Client Consultations: Conduct home visits to grasp client needs and preferences, and plan the scope of projects.
+ Sourcing and Procurement: Select and purchase high-quality furnishings, materials, and accessories that align with your design vision.
+ Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Experienced Professional: Minimum of 3 years of interior design experience with a strong residential portfolio.
+ Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software.
+ Innovative Designer: Ability to craft creative and stylish interiors that reflect the unique personalities of clients. A portfolio is required for the interview process.
+ Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
+ Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to excellence in every project.
