We are in search of a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is instrumental in our firm’s client acquisition and retention efforts, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including client intake, relationship building, case evaluation, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and emails from potential clients, gathering initial case information

- Build rapport with potential clients, providing reassurance about our services

- Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential cases, identifying key facts, and scheduling consultations with attorneys

- Follow up with leads, explaining our services and converting inquiries into retained clients

- Accurately enter and update client information in our case management system

- Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services

- Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers, social services providers, and other businesses that may refer clients

- Provide in-office support including answering calls, creating, and managing files, and assisting attorneys, case managers with various projects

- Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and case management

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Proven experience in marketing or related field.

- Proficiency in CRM and database systems.

- Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary.

- Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.

- Capable of creating and managing advertisements.

- Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies.

- Experience in designing and producing brochures.

- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.

- High degree of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of latest marketing trends and best practices.
