Field Implementation Specialist
Work location: NOC - Arlington Heights, IL
Contract duration: 6-months
Work Schedule: Primarily onsite day shift.
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
Technical background for working on our trouble tickets
MDF and IDF familiarity
Good customer facing skills.
Responsibilities
Completion of short-term IT projects.
Familiarity with a variety of Field Services concepts, practices, and procedures.
Perform a variety of tasks including Break-Fix and software support for a variety of computer equipment, physical site surveys and working in IDF and MDF rooms supporting network infrastructure.
Travel to other locations when needed.
