Job Description

  • Monitor and manage the sales order system to ensure the accurate receipt and booking of sales orders in accordance with division guidelines.
  • Track sales shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlog activities while maintaining up-to-date records in the system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding the status of orders, proactively assisting in resolving customer order conflicts or difficulties.
  • Send manual invoices for payments due prior to booking or shipment to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
  • Efficiently enter and process return material authorizations (RMA) following established guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with the service team to provide urgently needed installation materials, ensuring smooth completion of installations.
  • For major accounts, deliver regular summarized status reports to customers, which may involve dedicated conference calls.
  • Handle international shipments in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure the timely provision of necessary documents for accurate commercial invoices and packing lists.
  • Provide accurate and precise order status updates to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Identify and report shortages to the planning and purchasing departments on a case-by-case basis.
