Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Design and prototype customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Examine products to determine how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics and in different job functions, and identify risk potential for negative user experience. Provide guidance and direction to corporate on the product engagement of diverse consumers. Organize and determine customer profile, campaign management, and offer management, and differentiate service offering to demonstrate Deloitte’s capabilities. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of various customers, analyze digital platforms, and engage users from different demographics in order to assess the risk potential for negative user experience. Develop and prioritize advanced analytics use cases throughout customer journeys in order to improve customer experience, customer enablement, and customer retention. Design experiments and testing methods to assess effectiveness of different digital marketing approaches, and optimize marketing strategy to drive customer outcome.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Assisting with the design of product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, utilizing Tableau and Python;
• Designing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis and developing advanced dashboard functionalities, utilizing SQL and Python;
• Leveraging web scraping, data retrieval, and APIs to perform targeted data collection and analytics that results in differential targeted strategies by geography and vertical industry;
• Creating highly detailed user flows, process flows, and annotated wireframes, and designing interactions for complex applications, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio and Lucidchart;
• Performing analytics and building visualizations, including worksheets, dashboards, stories, trendlines and statistics, maps, geocoding, data manipulation, visuals and data analysis of dispersion graphs, and heatmaps, utilizing Tableau and Matplotlib;
• Building advanced presentations to include project timeline charts, visual graphics, infographics, clean and consistent formatting, storyboarding, process documentation, client analysis, executive summaries, and client case studies and credentials, utilizing Tableau, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel; and
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform process optimization for purposes of cost reduction and improved efficiency, utilizing Agile Framework.
