IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and finalization of projects within the IT Department while adhering to deadlines and budget requirements. They will manage various IT projects using a combination of internal staff and consultants.

The IT Project Manager is accountable for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with input from senior management in the IT department. This position will manage project timelines, coordinate resources, track project progress, solicit and communicate regular project updates, manage changes in project scope, and conduct project post mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. The IT Project Manager maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and firm matters.

Katten offers a hybrid work model, allowing the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely on a regular basis (KattenFlex). This position is required to be onsite 2-4 times per month.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and constantly monitors and summarizes progress of project on a frequent basis for presentation to management and project team.
