WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Go-to-Market Senior Specialist you will support BCG's functional practice area strategy by tracking, analyzing, and enhancing the functional practice area business priorities, people and offerings.
YOU'RE GOOD AT

Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting, gathering, and analyzing data from a variety of sources and stakeholders, including internal accounting and sales systems, market research, competitor analysis, and internal feedback.

Lead on developing and updating our materials and repository to ensure timely and actionable insights, market trends, offering performance, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on functional and digital business performance; Tracking KPIs across BCG's functional offerings and initiatives.

Partnering with BCG's practice area, business management and knowledge teams to identify opportunities for offering improvement, deliver exceptional go-to-market strategies and market expansion.

Executing ad-hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivering, contributing to critical decision-making processes.

Working with team members to identify potential process improvements to accelerate BCG's functional and operational development.

Supporting the overall go-to-market initiatives for cross functional commercial priorities including BCG internal investments aimed at igniting strong growth in priority topics and with target clients.

Assisting our Practice Areas with functional and go-to-market opportunities including people initiatives, commercial planning, enhancing functional capabilities and other high priority cross-functional opportunities.

Helping with regional meetings as required (Practice Area, Executive/ Senior Leadership meetings).
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree required

2 - 4 years' work experience in data analysis and/or project support and/or financial analysis

Proven experience in Microsoft Excel. Additional analytical tools are a plus (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.)

Ability to work independently, think critically and take initiative

Experience working successfully within a sophisticated organization preferred

Knowledge in project management (across multiple initiatives and priorities)

Willing and able to travel domestically a few times a year

Prior experience in a professional services environment a plus
YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Functional Practice Accelerator, working alongside leadership of our functional businesses (i.e. Operations practice area, Marketing practice area), whose goal is to build our functional capabilities and accelerate our commercial efforts across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

You may work with various functions and businesses across North America including finance, recruiting, accounting, operations, consulting analysis teams, adjunct businesses, human resources, staffing, and client investment teams.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Format:

This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.

Compensation Information:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
