Candidate must be based in Chicago, IL/surrounding area

As our Head of IT, Americas , you will be leading a team of IT Managers, IT specialists and other roles while promoting adherence to various mandatory and recommended policies related to IT. Your role is to act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders and seek to continuously optimize the value and costs relating to IT in Areas and front lines while supporting them in realizing speed, growth and agility from digitalization. This including value creation, deeper engagement/collaboration with the business/global teams, and developing offering/teams through strategic roadmap practices.

The ideal candidate will?bring?10+?years of IT leadership experience with a successful track record of working/leading in a global matrix organization. Coupling with your educational background obtaining a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree/MBA in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or any related field, your background in financial management, collaboration among cross country stakeholders, background in digital technologies (cloud, data, cybersecurity, etc.) will benefit you as you take on this role. This will require 25% of travel on a monthly basis visiting various branches across the Americas (and the occasional global trips in a year to Finland/India primarily.)
