Are you a seasoned cyber sentinel who knows the landscape of security operations like the back of your hand? We’re scouting for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead our team in protecting our digital fortress!
Your Mission:
?? Steer our Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring we’re always one step ahead of security threats.
?? Develop and implement security protocols, processes, and standards to enhance our cyber defense.
??? Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
?? Analyze and respond to security incidents swiftly and effectively, minimizing potential impact.
Who You Are:
??? A proven leader in managing SOC teams with a keen eye for emerging threats.
?? An expert in developing and implementing advanced cybersecurity protocols.
?? A skilled communicator who can effectively liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
?? A critical thinker, able to make informed decisions in split seconds.
Your Track Record:
?? A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
??? Proven experience (5+ years) as a SOC Manager or similar role in cybersecurity.
Bonus Points:
?? Recognized professional certification in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.). ?? Proficient with cybersecurity tools and platforms.
