Job Responsibilities
As an OS&D Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving freight exceptions such as overages, shortages, damages, refused, and unmarked freight.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Minimum 1 year of Transportation experience
+ OS&D experience
+ Customer service experience
+ Good analytical skills
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge of AS400 system
Pay Rate: $21.25 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience
