Position Overview

The E&S Program Development Specialist will be instrumental in supporting our growth strategy, particularly focused on our affiliate cross-selling and the government and education verticals. This role will be key in expanding and deepening our customer relationships within these key verticals ensuring we provide legendary service. The position offers a unique blend of strategic execution, relationship management and sales execution, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about driving business growth and forging meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Prioritize and enhance strategic partnerships within the government and education sectors, leveraging existing networks and proactively seeking out new opportunities.
  • Project Quoting: Be the lead estimator for all affiliate cross-selling, government and education work.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams from quote to payment ensuring timelines are met leading to superior customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Selling Initiatives: Collaborate closely with our affiliate partners to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities and execute targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within government agencies, educational institutions, and affiliated organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for their business needs.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and project management, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and tactics, implementing adjustments as needed to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.
  • Other Duties as needed to support a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; or 1-2 years of inside selling experience
  • Advanced pro?ciency with Microsoft Office products (speci?cally Excel, Word, Outlook, and
  • PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
  • Must be detailed oriented and well-organized Abilities
  • Able to cope in a stressful and challenging environment. Detailed oriented, trustworthy, honest and respect con?dentially.
