Position Summary
Performs Sales activities and customer service functions for assigned accounts. Meets and exceeds sales objectives by building and maintaining relationships related to our existing customers and integrator/partners.
Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Is the primary point of contact for assigned customers' conveyor system spare parts orders.
Promotes the value of "spare parts inventory" with assigned customers to achieve sales objectives.
Communicates spare parts order updates to customer and facilitates any necessary changes.
Responds and completes customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Manages spare parts purchase orders and provides follow up support.
Promotes the value of our eCommerce site with customers and works with other departments to support sales growth
Sets up and maintains customer access to wynparts.com
Schedules and conducts tutorial introductions to the site
Qualifications
3 years of conveyor experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required
Good understanding of Sales Cycles and KPI's.
Able to cultivate and build relationships with existing customers
Ability to generate Sales Reports using various reporting tools.
Able to use MS Office including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of equipment applications for conveyor and sortation systems
Mechanical and customer service aptitude and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
Team-oriented and collaborative
