Estimated annual base pay: $122,000 (minimum) $152,500 (midpoint) $183,000 (maximum)

The Staff Electrical Engineer reports to the Engineering Leader and is responsible for providing a moderate to high level of product design, mentoring to other Engineers and participation in process improvements, strategic planning, and presentations. This position works under a low level of supervision with a high level of independent work. The Staff Engineer provides awareness and understanding of overall project portfolio, interactions, and issues. This position has a high level of industry/Customer contact and industry awareness. In addition, this position participates in enterprise negotiation and provides technical evaluation of new opportunities within the PLC process.
What you will be doing...
Plans, schedules, and coordinates project phases
Conducts complex research assignments
Promotes process improvements company-wide * Writes product design guidelines
Performs conventional engineering practices with complex features
Provides support to sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and development
Troubleshoots and analyzes system problems independently
Sets technical direction on complex projects
Ensures designs meet criteria for manufacturability, testability, and reliability
Designs, supports, and tests hardware boards and systems.
What we are looking for...
BS Degree in Engineering required
Greater than 8 years in related field required, including post-graduate experience
