Description:

This position is for a Machine Assembler in a fabrication environment. Candidates will be working with the fabrication team, interpreting blueprints, taking direction from manager, using hand and power tools, and problem solving in some cases as they come up. There is some repetition with portions of the project but they need someone that is going to be able to take direction, work on a team but also think on their own with how the equipment should be put together.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and read blueprints to determine proper layout of equipment

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment in order to complete tasks

Work with team, show ability to communicate and take direction to work efficiently

Use manual machinery to fabricate own parts and fixtures

Requirements

3 years of experience working with a Machine Assembly or similar role (non-repetitive and non-assembly line work)

ability to interpret and read blueprints

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication tools to complete jobs as necessary
