Duties and Responsibilities
Support research projects by performing straightforward lab assays and analysis. Carry out experiments as instructed by Principal Investigator. Assist Principal Investigator, research staff and students with lab procedures and projects.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required: None
Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. degree in biological or physical sciences. Some experience with small animal surgery, familiarity with tissue cell culture techniques, microscopy, immunohistochemistry protocols and protein biochemistry.
