Job Description
Looking for a Sales Manager for a home improvement company located in Moline. This is a position that requires in office work and it is an outside sales position. Looking for someone with at least 3 years outside sales experience. We need someone with sales leadership to provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team, based on our current selling system. Direct sales is actively engage in selling our services, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques to the team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, Monitor sales team performance, offering coaching and feedback to drive productivity. Work closely with the owner to align sales strategies with business objectives and to ensure the sales team is effectively contributing to the company's goals. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role within the home improvement industry, Strong track record of sales success, particularly in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. Ability to work with digital estimating software, and MS Office/Google platform. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing market conditions. Knowledge of job profitability and variance reports to guide sales decisions. Valid driver license and reliable transportation. Professional appearance and demeanor.
