Job Description
Plan, direct and coordinate activities to determine the demand for services offered by the company and identify potential clients. Participate in developing case studies to apply the consulting skills you learn in a real-world situation and document them to be used in company’s knowledge management module essential to train the new recruits. Prepare project plan, project budget, training budget using Microsoft Visio & Tempo Budgets. Manage the resource allocation budgets & availability. Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members and train the new consultants on how to handle the projects and provide them with high-level consultant training. Prepare the training materials to train the end-users to gain knowledge of the newly implemented project using Confluence. Prepare the training materials for the agile methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban. Train the new consultants with the mandatory agile methodology strategies.
Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in the comp.Sci/BusinessAdmin/ engineering(any),C.I.S. or equivalent, plus five years of experience in lieu of master’s degree plus one-year experience.
Employee might have to relocate to unanticipated client sites based on the requirement of the client.
