We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiter who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignment and industries. The ideal work schedules are determined specific to each of our clients and will be reviewed during the interview process.
What you'll do:
Responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
Implement diversity recruitment strategies
Potential to work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process
Maintain a high level of client retention and satisfaction
Constantly access our candidate experience and identify areas of improvement
What we're looking for:
Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
Excellent customer service delivery and white glove treatment to both candidates and clients
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing
Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table
Passionate about collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to quality
What's required:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. Preferred experience within the Manufacturing arena - skilled and unskilled labor positions
Experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems
Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions
Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times

*The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range is between $18-$31 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
