Position Purpose:

Working within Sales Operations, this role will work closely and collaboratively across functions (inside sales, marketing, field operations, contract administration, as well as senior and executive leaders) to develop and/or improve pricing tools supporting the service & offer strategies. This role will also support Revenue Managment leadership in governing pricing & contracting, as leadership enforces the corporate empowerment rules to ensure proper and timely approvals are in place.

Key Job Activities:

* With guidance from Revenue Managment leadership, work with Sales, Marketing, Field Operations and Finance to develop, implement and maintain service price strategies and tools for the Inside Sales organization within the small quantity (SQ) business.
* Coordinate proposal development with Sales Ops, Marketing, Ops, Finance and Sales teams.
* Monitor and update sales team pricing and contracting policies empowerment documents
* Coordinate periodic cross-functional reviews of contracting policies and traing and maintain an updated repository.
* Assist Revenue Management leadership in monitoring and managing contract language approval for new customers, amendments, and renewals.
* Ongoing:
* Provide regular and ad hoc contract analysis and reporting for management.
* Maintain and update contracting standards and templates.
* Integrate acquired businesses and new service offerings to standardize contracting templates.
* Assist sales with completeion or recommend modification to contract languge for negotiations of agreements with customers.
* Coordinate Delegation of Authority and Governance processes for deviations to contracting standards.
* Audit new contracts for customers as they are received from Sales to document and ensure conformity with empowerment rules and established contract submission processes.
* Other:
* Independently develop, implement and train on new contracting processes and tools to improve efficiency for both Revenue Management, Sales and other stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis as required

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelor`s Degree

Experience:

* Education equivalent to Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in Accounting/Finance, or Business or the equivalent in related work experience.
* Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in pricing, financial analysis, or similar experience.
* Demonstrates strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections. Must be able to effectively present financial information and analysis to management and Sales leadership.
* Excellent computer skills required. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point.
* Experience with Salesforce.com-embedded Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools preferred.
* Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail are required to be successful in this position.
* Demonstrates knowledge of contracting.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
