Medline Business Intelligence team is looking for a passionate and skilled Java Full stack developer with hands on knowledge of cloud and container-based development.

This person will be responsible for development and support of Micro Front End based applications for reporting and analytics.

To be successful in the role, you need strong Cloud (preferably Azure) based development and deployment skills along with full stack Java skills. You would need to work with the architecture team to implement and deploy APIs as well as work on UI.

Responsibilities include:

Research, plan, design, code, test, deploy, and document high quality software.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
Participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with DevOps team for CI/CD.
Work closely with DevOps teams to establish efficient CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment on Azure.
Analyze production issues to determine root cause and course of action for resolution.
Adhere to established coding standards.
Facilitate design meetings with users, management, and architects.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
7 years Java 8 or higher
Cloud and container-based development and deployment required (Azure preferred)
Docker, Docker Desktop, Kubernetes, Helm charts, CI/CD and Jenkins
Spring framework, spring boot.
RESTful web service development
React 16 , Next JS
Good knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR)
JUnit, Mockito, Power Mock

Desired skills

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like jest, karma, jasmine
OAuth 2.0, Ping Federate
Swagger/OpenAPI
