Job Description
o Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ideate, develop, and deploy innovative analytics solutions o Develop a deep understanding of the business problem to derive suitable analytics approaches and requirements o Build prototypes to validate desirability, viability, and feasibility of the proposed approach o Validate, interpret, and present findings and solutions to both expert and non-expert audiences o Support full deployment of analytics solutions into operational environments o Continuously monitor relevant industry and technology trends to ensure further development of PCMI analytics capabilities o Promote and share digital & smart analytics knowledge, skills, and services internally and externally to drive the digital transformation of Insurance industry. Position requires master's degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; and 4 years of experience as BI Developer, Software Developer or related, including experience developing complex and well-structured scripts and queries in SQL, SSAS, SSRS or SSIS; and proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory and at least one scripting or programming language (Python, R or MATLAB).
