Contractors Role:As a Frontend Experience Engineer, you will sit side by side with design and product teams to build frontend experiences. Your work will elevate our digital experiences through compelling prototypes, patterns, and components that empower our partners and clients. A detailoriented systems thinker, you can see tough challenges from multiple perspectives and uncover the technical solutions to solve design and business needs. Experience Level: Level 3, 8 yearsQualifications:Ability to develop based on technical architecture designdevelopment and provide expertise to our enterprisecommercial clients.Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycle best practicesExtensive experience with React, Java Spring, Typescript, CSS, and HTMLExperience with API integration serverclient interactionFamiliarityExperience with Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience ManagerExperience implementing responsive userinterfacesUnderstanding of how to build and test UIs meeting WCAG specsKeen eye for detail experience working with design teams to accurately implement UIs from highfidelity compsHelp develop estimates for projectsImplement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.Experience with CICD, build pipeline automationParticipate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source ControlDesire to learn, grow, and share their skillsStrong software development skills with a solid understanding of project cycles, integrated development environments, and source control technologies.Experience in developing softwares that are in compliance to ADAAbility to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.Ability to work well and collaborate in a teamoriented environment with minimal supervision.Selfstarter that can work independently without a lot of directionMust possess excellent oral and written communication and be able to work with all business groups at all levelsGood team collaborator and effective individual contributorNice to Haves:Practical understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 compliance Familiarity with D3 or data visualization libraries CSS 3 responsive design, CSS Preprocessors, CSS Animations Tasks and Responsibilities:Contributes to an open culture that enables development through direct but kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism. Evangelizes a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build accessible and reusable UI components using our digital design system and platform tools A commitment to highquality deployed code as well as positive and productive contributions Manage expectations and deliver effective, efficient, and thoughtful technical solutions. Collaborate and communicate professionally with designers, product owners and architects to understand technical needs and user requirements while effectively communicating the complexity, intent, and specifications of development tasks Developing reusableconfigurable software components, interactive reporting dashboards and data visualizations. Contribute back to our design system in the form of components, documentation, best practices, and guides.
