Job Summary: 

Coordinates administrative processes & prioritizes, directs, & responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with education, research, &/or operations. Creates & maintains associated documents, spreadsheets, databases, meetings, special events, etc. & alerts supervisor of critical issues & upcoming events.

The Program Assistant 3 will primarily support the work of the Law ARD Donor Relations team. This individual will also provide administrative support to the Law Major Gifts team. This individual will coordinate arrangements and streamline systems to help staff operate efficiently within university policy and procedures. This individual will also represent the department to various internal and external constituencies.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $19.89 to $25.12 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Specific Responsibilities:

Donor Relations Team Support:

  • Provide primary administrative and event support to stewardship and donor relations staff. Stewardship event support to include (but not limited to): invitation mailings and notices, event registration, nametag/tent preparation, on-site event setup and support, materials preparation, and attendance recording. This role may also support events not directly related to the stewardship function.
